Firstly, to reassure you that our production is at full tilt, and there is no indication that this is likely to change. Our principal customers have a similarly proactive, pragmatic, approach, and positive outlook.
As a priority, we have introduced, and are carefully monitoring, many sensible safeguards, precautions and protections for our highly valued staff and employees, and all those we interact with, in compliance with government, CDC and WHO guidelines and directives.
Inward supplies such as billet are at a high stock level and there are no warning signs of these being affected as we replenish. Shipping is transacting normally and, again, we are maintaining a careful track on this.
Consistent with our reputation for being straightforward and transparent, we will be fast with updates if new information emerges. We are in constant contact with our customers and clients, suppliers and logistics specialists for whom we have, along with our employees, the greatest appreciation.
As leaders have said, we are in uncharted waters; at ABC we are maintaining a steady helm. Together, I have every confidence we will emerge from this, if anything, even stronger than before.”
