ABC’s SuperGreen Aluminum program is our commitment to producing high-quality recycled aluminum while dramatically reducing our environmental impact.
In alignment with the UN’s 2030 sustainability goals, the program targets a 50% reduction in CO₂ emissions by transforming scrap and waste into premium billet material.

Advanced systems crush and separate contaminants from aluminum scrap and chips, delivering clean material ready for repurposing.
Dross Recovery & Reclaim
High-efficiency rotary furnaces with integrated cooling recover valuable aluminum from dross—minimizing waste and maximizing yield.
Next-Gen Melting & Casting
A high-capacity melting furnace feeds two casting lines. Enhanced by a homogenizing unit for structural integrity, it produces consistent-quality billets.
