The commercial relationship must be transparent and focused on providing a quality service fair to ABC, without additional commitments.
We expect our Strategic Partners to limit benefits to business courtesies and disclose any conflicts of interest before closing business with ABC. Suppliers must guarantee the independence of their actions and compliance with applicable legislation in the event of possible conflicts of interest between the supplier and its employees.
Free Competition:
As a supplier associated with ABC, I agree to rigorously respecting the principles of free competition. I completely renounce any contrary practices, such as price agreements, market segmentation, price fixing or any other action that illegally restricts competition. My commitment to free competition is absolute, and as an ABC supplier, I promote a culture of zero tolerance towards any behavior that goes against these principles.
Additionally, as a supplier to ABC, I recognize the importance of protecting the trade secrets of ABC and its partners, as well as respecting the intellectual property rights of others. My commitment includes strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations in all commercial operations with ABC.
We expect our Strategic Partners to compete honestly and fairly, comply with competition and antitrust laws, and refrain from any practices that may distort competition.
Confidentiality:
As an ABC partner supplier, you must recognize the importance of maintaining confidentiality in all business interactions with the company. Commit to safeguarding the confidential information of ABC and its clients, employees and other related parties. This includes, but is not limited to, business data, strategies, processes, technologies, and any sensitive information that may be disclosed during our business relationship.
As part of the commitment to confidentiality, you must respect intellectual property rights, refrain from disclosing or using, transmitting, providing in whole or in part to third parties and inappropriately any confidential information obtained during the business relationship with ABC. In addition, you must implement appropriate measures to guarantee the security and protection of said information, also guaranteeing that the information provided to ABC must be truthful and without any intention of deception.

Complaint Channel:
As an ABC supplier, if you detect conduct or situations that contravene the applicable legal provisions or the standards of this Code, you are urged to communicate it through the email denunciabc@abc-aluminum.com, all complaints will be addressed objectively, confidential and impartial. At ABC we are committed that good faith whistleblowers will be protected and will not be allowed retaliation or exposed to any adverse consequences.
Reports can be anonymous. The identity of the complainant will be treated as confidential information and will only be shared with authorities when necessary.
There is an existing procedure to deal with complaints through ethical mailboxes, and principles of truthfulness and proportionality must be followed.

They assume responsibility for any damage caused by the lack of preventive measures, reinforcing their commitment to safety and risk prevention.
Security also refers to protecting confidential customer information, data integrity, and ensuring a secure environment in all interactions. Providers must implement robust measures to prevent cyber threats and protect customer privacy.
Under no circumstances will the employees be exposed to chemical or biological risks, physical exertion or unhealthy conditions.

Interpretation of the Code of Ethics for suppliers and contractors:
The interpretation of the Code of Ethics for suppliers will be the responsibility of the Organization’s Code of Conduct Committee together with the Members of the Ethics and Governance Pillar.
Given the nature of this Code of Ethics, not all possible situations are covered, but rather criteria are established to guide the conduct of people linked to the organization, in addition to resolving doubts that may arise in the exercise of the relationship with its suppliers.

Acceptance:
The rules of action established in this Code of Ethics are expressly accepted by the Administrators, Executives, Suppliers, and any person who has signed a contract or in the future joins or is part of ABC.
A copy of this Code of Ethics will be attached to the contracts signed with ABC.
Approval and Modification:
This Code of Ethics may be modified and/or updated periodically, according to the proposals, needs or suggestions made through the Organization’s Ethics Committee and the Ethics and Governance Pillar that makes up the Sustainability Committee.
