Advanced Aluminum Finishes Built for Durability, Precision, and Visual Impact.
Finishing
Our anodizing, powder coating and bright-dip finishing services significantly improve resistance to corrosion caused by factors such as production processes and the passage of time.
We use only the highest quality coating materials, and are certified worldwide by Qualicoat and AAMA, among others.
Four Powder Coating Lines
Exclusive electrostatic paint system that provides corrosion resistance and a beautiful appearance to our aluminum extrusions. We can characterize paint as a ground plastic composed of color pigments, additives, resin and flow agents for optimal adherence to the profile.
Paint Recovery & Recycling System
We have a paint application and recovery system that works like a vacuum cleaner, which returns to the paint powder feeding system, avoiding losses and efficient use of resources.
- Vertical: The aluminum profile enters vertically, giving flexibility to products of greater lengths
- Horizontal: Painting the extrusion horizontally, this is the most versatile line for our clients
- Carrousel: Mainly used for small parts or accessories, high versatility with fast color change in a reduced footprint
- Carrousel 2: Second paint line.
Three Anodizing Lines
The most advanced surface protection
We use the most advanced anodize processing technology to add durability to our aluminum extrusions.
By coating our aluminum with multiple layers of microns, we are able to generate stunning colors and effects from clear to light bronze and blacks.
The Qualicoat Difference
ABC Aluminum Solutions has gone through the rigors to become Qualicoat certified.
Longevity and protection
Qualicoat coated certified products are characterized by exceptional durability. They effectively protect surfaces from damage resulting from weather conditions.
Corrosion protection
Our certified Qualicoat aluminum extrusions offer full protection against corrosion. They are ideal for high humidity environments, such as coastal areas.
Aesthetics for years
Thanks to this coating, the products maintain their aesthetic appearance for many years. The paint does not fade or peel, which reduces the costs associated with maintenance and renovation.
Bright Dip: A Rare Offering in a Complex Process
Bright Dipping smooths out the tiniest irregularities on the surface and leveling the tiniest peaks and valleys, the aluminum comes out with an enhanced, highly reflective sheen.
Aluminum alloys most suitable for bright dipping
One of the best alloys for bright dipping is 6463 aluminum. In fact, it was specifically developed for this purpose. It’s a variant of 6063 and has similar properties. That means it’s good for architectural trim and is suitable for both bright dipping and anodizing. The harder tempered alloys produce higher lusters. The following aluminum alloys are most suitable for bright dipping:
- 5357, 5457, 5557, 6063, 6463, 7016, 7029
AAMA Certified Applicator
We are certified on AAMA 2603, 2604, and 2605 are AAMA (Architectural Aluminum Manufacturers Association) standards for organic coatings on architectural aluminum.
Certification to these standards means that our coatings have undergone rigorous testing to ensure their durability and weatherability, including accelerated weathering, salt spray, and chemical resistance tests.
