Unrivaled Aluminum Extrusion Capabilities — Engineered for Precision, Built for Scale.
Aluminum Extrusion Capabilities
North America's Premier Aluminum Extrusion Partner
ABC Aluminum Solutions sets the benchmark for precision aluminum extrusion, combining state-of-the-art technology, unmatched manufacturing scale, and deep technical expertise.
Press Lineup
By having the right equipment for your product, we analyze each profile to adapt the die and the corresponding machine. We work with profiles from 100 grams per meter to 30 kg per meter, across eleven extrusion presses with 1,800 to 5,500 tons of pressure.
We provide 11 advanced extrusion presses ranging from 7” to 12” diameter.
- Four 7-inch diameter presses with 1,800 tons of pressure.
- Four 8-inch diameter presses with 2,500 US tons of pressure.
- Two 10-inch diameter press with 3,400 US tons of pressure.
- One 12-inch diameter press with 5,500 US tons of pressure.
Precision-Driven Quality Control
In-House Quality Lab
Our in-house quality lab verifies dimensional and material parameters for all extruded products. Every profile is photographed and cataloged to confirm it meets customer specifications.
Dimensional Verification System
We use Romidot, a high-tech, real-time dimensional verification system, to ensure tight tolerances and reduce production errors—driving both consistency and cost-efficiency.
Experienced Technicians
Each of our 11 presses is fully automated and monitored by trained quality technicians who evaluate live data and equipment outputs to prevent defects and maintain process integrity.
Dedicated Lab
Mechanical testing is performed in a dedicated lab to validate stress, yield, and hardness. Certified documentation is available to customers upon request.
How Our Extrusion Process Works
Our aluminum extrusion process is built for precision, consistency, and speed—executed in five tightly controlled steps.
Billet Heating
Aluminum ingots are preheated to optimal extrusion temperature to ensure smooth material flow.
Profile Extrusion
The billet is pushed through a precision die at ~530°C, forming the aluminum profile.
Cooling & Alignment
The hot profile is rapidly cooled, stretched, and aligned to eliminate distortion and ensure straightness.
Cut-to-Length
Aluminum profiles are cut to exact customer specifications directly after alignment.
Heat Treatment
Heat-treated in ovens at 380°F for 6 hours to reach final strength and durability requirements.
Alloy Capabilities
Unrivaled Extrusion Capacity & Flexibility.
We specialize in 6000 series alloys, offering flexibility and performance for both structural and decorative applications
Our advanced extrusion lines operate with an annual production capacity exceeding 75,000 metric tons, ensuring we can scale to meet your project’s exact demands–from custom short runs to large volume orders, including complex geometries, thin-walled profiles, and lightweight solutions for demanding applications.
- 6005, 6005A, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6463
