To accommodate ABC’s business growth, the decision was taken earlier this year to move from Chula Vista to San Diego.
Negotiations were recently finalized and fit-out is virtually complete with hardwood floors, high quality offices, a showroom space and 8,000 sq. ft. of warehousing attached. ABC has an option to take the remaining 10,000 sq. ft. at the property.
The offices and warehousing also are home to ABC Architectural.
